Just in case you're missing baseball season no need to fear, you can actually catch two games this week at Wrigley Field (Illinois-Northwestern) and Yankee Stadium (Army-Notre Dame). As pictured below, scoring a TD in the east endzone at Wrigley may literally kill you...
Here's the breakdown:
1. Oregon
-Every National Champ has a scare or two during the regular season that refocuses them. Ducks have two tough games vs. Arizona and at Oregon State in the Civil War to determine their fate. Win out and they are in.
Next: Idle
2. TCU
-With Boise State on their heels in the BCS, the Frogs are in serious jeopardy of losing this spot. TCU got pushed by a very underrated San Diego State team, but just have a game at New Mexico next week, and they will finish with their 2nd straight undefeated regular season.
Next: Idle
3. Auburn
-With all of the controversy you wonder if the Tigers can hang on. All the Tigers have left is just, ya know, a trip to Tuscaloosa next week to take on their hated rivals and defending National Champion Crimson Tide and an SEC Title game. Two weeks to prepare should help them out.
Next: Idle
4. Stanford
-Stanford was pushed by Arizona State last week but in the end it was their defense that made the difference. Cal gave Oregon all they had last week, but in this rivalry game, it's been far too long since the Cardinal won in Strawberry Cannon--should be a great game.
Next: @ California 3:30
5. Wisconsin
-Coming off 83 points against Indiana they turn their attention to a defense not too much better in Michigan. I expect the Wolverines to hang around for a half, but in the latter stages Wisconsin will wear them down. The Badgers are two ways from a BCS bowl game, and likely their first Rose Bowl since Ron Dayne was there.

6. Boise State
-Boise made some serious head way in the BCS because of Utah looking bad against Notre Dame (one of TCU's best wins). If they win out, and impressively, they may do enough to climb over TCU. If Bama can knock off Auburn, who do you take to play Oregon? A 1-loss Auburn, or undefeated Boise State, or TCU?

7. LSU
-The Bayou Bengals didn't have much problem with the warhawks last week but this week could be different. LSU tends to play down to their opponents and Ole Miss is better than what they have shown so far. Tread very carefully, Les.

8. Ohio State
-The Buckeyes still have a possible BCS game to play for. Iowa is most likely relegated to a second-tier Outback or Capital One Bowl. But there is nothing the Hawkeyes would like to do more than knock off the Buckeyes. They have had this game circled since they just missed winning at the horseshoe last year.

9. Oklahoma State
-Is Texas really that bad? The Cowboys went intto Austin and dismantled the 'Horns. This week we will see if the Cowboys momentum comes out in Kansas or if they will sleepwalk through a 11:00 AM local kickoff time. One thing is for sure, that Justin Blackmon can play anywhere.
Next: @ Kansas
10. Nebraska
-Kyle Field in College Station is one of the best places to watch a college game and Freshman QB Taylor Martinez will get his first taste of it. If he deals with it as well as he did at Washington, the Huskers will clinch a berth in the Big 12 Title game for the second straight season.
